With plant thefts expected to reach £120m per annum, sometimes you might not want your lighting tower to be quite so mobile once it’s in position. Similarly, in areas where the general public have access, such as festivals, a less mobile lighting tower has obvious safety advantages and less opportunity for nuisance.
The TCP Ecolite P - for palletised - is the perfect solution, being able to be manoeuvred by a fork lift or Hiab, meaning that you’ll find it just where you left it.
In every other way, the Ecolite-P matches the performance of its trailer-transported brother: built from the ground up to reduce CO2 footprint and running costs without compromising on performance.
A diesel-powered battery system provides efficient, yet reliable, power to lighting masts developed in conjunction with a market-leading lamp designer. Like all Ecolites, the Ecolite-T is fitted with Prismatic Lens Technology lamps which make the most effective use of every lumen produced. Known light patterns provide better-quality, evenly-spread light with no flicker and reduced glare. This also minimises light pollution, making them perfect for the urban environment and in environmentally-sensitive areas. Both LED and CDM (Metal Halide) lamps are available on request.
The superior performance of CDM lighting results in a massive saving in fuel costs using only 0.5 litres of diesel an hour. This equates to a saving of up to 85% against conventional light towers.
The tower is designed to be easy and safe to use. The lamps can be easily adjusted from ground level with a single person, while the fully-hydraulic mast can be operated simply with the push of a button.
As a rental company, ease of servicing was a major factor in the design, and we operate our own maintenance facilities to keep our fleet, and our customers’, working to the highest efficiency.
