Weighing just 920 kg, this fully hydrostatic mobile crusher has been designed to fit in place of the skip on the company's highly successful 500 kg capacity Hi-T500 Mini Dumper diesel powered tracked dumper.

The Hi-C40 mobile crusher has an impressive crushing force in excess of 60 tonne and the jaw outlet has an efficient and unique method of external adjustment to provide a finished product size ranging from 20 to 70 mm. The mobile crusher's inlet, positioned at a height of 1200 mm, has a throat measuring 400 mm square which is designed to accept material up to this size, loaded either manually or mechanically using the company's Hi-T500 mini dumper or a mini excavator.

The mobile crusher's liner plates are formed from high wear and abrasive resistant steel and all wear plates are replaceable. In addition, the mobile crusher features a dust suppression system requiring connection to an external water supply.

TCP is confident that its mobile crusher will prove ideal for a wide variety of small crushing jobs where concrete and brick building waste can be rapidly reduced to useable hardcore, thus saving the cost of both cart-away and imported fill. The efficiency of the Hi-C40 mobile crusher, together with its conveyor discharge, should provide an excellent return on investment for either an end user or rental company.

In addition, being mounted on a narrow rubber tracked carrier, the Hi-C40 mobile crusher is easy to manoeuver across site or pass through a standard doorway if required.

Safety Features

Much emphasis has been placed on operator safety with a four level system of equipment security and safety cut-outs. This system comprises of an ignition and lockable interlock stop button, strategically sited emergency stop buttons, a cable ring fence interlocked with the emergency stop system to provide a physical barrier around the feed hopper and sprung-loaded grizzler panels directly above the crushing zone. All safety interlocks cut power to the machine's hydraulic system, dumping all hydraulic pressure as well as stopping the engine.
