The Eden Project, Cornwall continually seek to use products and services that deliver the highest possible levels of sustainability and lowest carbon footprint.
The TCP Ecolite has proved itself on both these fronts during trails and use over the past 12 months.
Mike Olivant (Eden Site Manager) says “The Ecolite from TCP shows that reduced carbon emissions are achievable without any compromise on performance, much effort has clearly been put into the design of the Ecolite”.
The Ecolite is aesthetically pleasing, easy to manoeuvre, fully bunded, and the low fuel consumption (just 0.5l/hr) allows for long intervals between refuelling (175hrs on one tank of fuel).
Mike emphasised that The Eden Project “would have no qualms in recommending both the product and TCP support and service to anyone”.
TCP MD Andrew Barker adds “For companies taking the issue of carbon footprint and sustainability seriously, TCP have put much effort and experience in producing a product that will reduce carbon emissions by a massive 80% in most mobile lighting tower applications in the UK and beyond. Added to this there are £000’s to be saved in fuel and refuelling costs by the adoption of the Ecolite lighting equipment”.
