TCP are pleased to announce that its latest designed product for the Construction Industry, the TCP Ecolite mobile lighting tower, has been entered into the Essex Business Awards 2007, organised by the Essex Chronicle and Gazette Series of newspapers, within the Innovation category.

Having been shortlisted by the judges, TCP’s entry was further reviewed by Dr Chris Dent and Dr Phil Darbyshire of BAE Systems on Friday 20th July 2007. Managing Director Andrew Barker demonstrated the model and explained the ideas behind the concept from its inception two years ago. He also explained the innovative design features that have gone into the unit from the high efficiency lamps, to the mast sectioning and the main body which encompasses all the features and benefits that TCP were aware that their customers were demanding. TCP had to demonstrate that it had innovated not only in design and technology but also in customer care and end user satisfaction.

The Directors are now pleased to learn that TCP’s entry has now reached the finals of the 2007 Essex Business Awards, to be held at Braxted Park, near Witham on Wednesday 19th September 2007.
