TCP continue to supply Hire or Buy Group

TCP mini dumpers purchased by Cambridgeshire based Hire or Buy GroupHire or buy group of St Neots in Cambridgeshire has recently invested in a fifth HiT500 tracked dumper from Taylor Construction Plant Ltd (TCP).

Having used these highly versatile machines for over two years, the Company recently upgraded to the very latest low hand/arm vibration and low noise models to meet the demands of the hire market.

John Masterson, Director of Hire or Buy Group said “The main reason we went for the TCP Dumper was because it is very robust and compact, being only 700mm wide, so it appeals to our target customers – the small builder or landscaper. This and the fact that the diesel operation makes it very efficient to run and also has advantages from a Health and Safety perspective”

On adding to the fleet this year John went on “The concept of the tracked dumper seemed to take a while to catch on but now people are aware of them, they like them and they are very popular”

Hire or buy group has expanded to four depots along the A1 corridor since it was established in 1975 and carries a large range of stock items for sale as well as the machine hire fleet.

TCP was formed in 1989 and as well as carrying the widest range of sheepsfoot and padfoot compaction hire equipment in the UK, it designs and manufactures both the Hi-T500 tracked dumper and the sister machine, the Hi-C40 Micro Crusher. The two machines are designed to work together to minimise time and reduce costs on site.
