Safety Features

Operator safety has been a leading consideration during the design process and as a result the mini crusher is equipped with a four point safety cut-out. This comprises of an ignition and lockable interlock stop button, strategically sited emergency stop buttons, a cable ring fence interlocked with the emergency stop system to provide a physical barrier around the feed hopper and sprung-loaded grizzler panels directly above the crushing zone. The safety interlocks if tripped will cut power to the hydraulic crushing system and also the engine. The mini crusher also features a dust suppression system requiring connection to an external water supply.
